COLLINSVILLE – As the Nadeau family plans to re-open the doors to Francesca’s Wine Bar and Bistro, choices of fermented beverages will certainly be plentiful but executive chef and owner Jonathan Nadeau is especially excited to debut a new, ever-evolving Mediterranean-inspired menu.
“We’re going to do a revolving menu, so every six to eight weeks it’s going to change,” he said. “It’s pretty drastic, but I’m definitely looking forward to focusing a little more on the food aspect of it.”
Helping him will be parents and original owners Don and Francesca Nadeau.
