Canton Middle School Seeks Community Input

March 26, 2017 Community, Schools No Comments

Submitted Release

Canton Middle School invites community members to provide input on a short survey to guide the school toward a strong vision of education for young adolescents in the coming years.

Last year, the Canton Public Schools launched a five-year Strategic Coherence Plan. Canton Middle School is in the process of revising its mission and vision statements to align more closely with the district’s new plan and to ensure that the school is keeping pace with middle level education today. A vision statement communicates the future reality that an organization hopes to achieve while a mission statement expresses the actions believed necessary to achieve that vision. The education of our young adolescents is of critical interest to many including families, educators, students, and members of our community.

The survey can be accessed at https://goo.gl/forms/1Dl3ang97yDiQ5xG2 through Thursday, March 30.
