Collinsville Film Festival Returns this Weekend

March 28, 2017 Arts and Entertainment No Comments

By John Fitts

Each year Jonathan Napolitano looks to bring something new and different to the Collinsville Film Festival. This year, the change should be a popular one. Thanks to sponsors, all the films are free.

“It was kind of our way of saying thank you to the community so people can enjoy all the films,” said Napolitano, who is founder and programming director of the festival.

This year, the festival, now in its fourth year, takes place in the Canton Town Hall Auditorium, 4 Market St., Collinsville, March 31 and April 1. There will be two feature films, complete with filmmaker question and answer sessions, and children’s and documentary and narrative shorts blocks.
