Canton Police to host Tip-A-Cop event for Special Olympics April 13

Officers with the Canton Police Department will host a Tip-A-Cop event to benefit Special Olympics Connecticut at Dish ‘n Dat Bar and Grill, 110 Albany Turnpike, Canton, from 5 to 9 p.m. Thursday, April 13.

Officers will assist restaurant staff in taking orders and serving meals to customers. All tips the officers earn during their shift will go to Special Olympics Connecticut to support its year-round sports, health, and fitness programs for athletes of all abilities.

Tip-A-Cop is a Law Enforcement Torch Run event to benefit Special Olympics Connecticut. For more information, call (203) 230-1201 or email specialolympicsct@soct.org.
