Letter: Chamber’s Gifts for Canton Project Thanks the Community

To the Editor:

A huge thank you from the Canton Chamber’s Gifts for Canton Project goes out to all of you, Canton’s residents, businesses, and organizations, who once again responded with love and generosity to help your struggling Canton neighbors during the 2015 holiday season.

You made this a success this year!  We wish that we could send personal thank you notes but the list is long so please accept this as our sincerest thank you and appreciation for all your help this season.  Our deepest apologies go to any person or business that might have been unintentionally omitted.

2015 Fundraisers

Coin boxes in businesses including Bahre’s Package Store, Collinsville Savings Society – Route 44 & Main Street, LaTrattoria Italian Restaurant, McDonald’s of Canton, Scotty’s Package Shop, and Wine & Liquor Warehouse.

Volunteers help in so many ways; including storage, distribution and pick up of gift collection boxes and coin boxes, selling of raffle tickets at the Canton Chamber’s Holiday party, supplying food and beverages for the Holiday Party, sorting gifts prior to distribution day, attending and helping at the various fundraisers, delivering, displaying and working at distribution day.
